These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of croweo and its tools. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the service is

croweo provides free and paid browser-based image editing tools. All tools process your files locally on your device; we do not upload, store, or see your images.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the tools only for lawful purposes, and only with content you own or have the right to use. You may not use the tools to:

  • Process or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
  • Process or distribute illegal content, or content that is defamatory, hateful, or harassing.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the site.
  • Use the tools in violation of any applicable law.

Because processing happens on your device, we have no ability to review, moderate, or take down the images you process -- so this responsibility is entirely yours.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the images you process. We claim no ownership. Since your images never reach our servers, we cannot host, reproduce, or distribute them. You are solely responsible for the content you process and share.

4. Accounts and Pro subscriptions

Some features require a paid "Pro" subscription. Payment and account management are handled by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy).

  • Pro is billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds are handled per the payment processor's terms. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund on unused subscriptions.
  • We may change pricing for future subscriptions with reasonable notice.

5. Free tier

Free tools may include limits (for example, batch conversion is limited to 3 images per run). We may adjust these limits over time.

6. Disclaimers

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will be suitable for any specific purpose (for example, passport photos, legal documents, or product listings).

Not legal or professional advice. Tools that assist with document photos, image specs, or similar tasks provide general assistance only and are not a substitute for the requirements of the specific agency, platform, or authority.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, croweo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the tools.

8. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this site (for example, a page or documentation) infringes your copyright, contact us at dmca@croweo.com with:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work and the infringing material (URL).
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act.

Because users' images never touch our servers, image-based takedown requests do not apply to the tools themselves.

9. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. If you are under 18, you may use the tools with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established (see footer contact), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Significant changes will be noted by updating the date above.
